Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canola mayo
- 3 tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 oz. Parmesan, finely grated and divided
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/3 cup Parmesan in a bowl. Top lettuce wedges evenly with dressing, remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan and chives.
