Ingredients
- 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- Assorted Cake Mate Decorations
- White Chocolate Coconut Frosting:
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 squares Baker's premium White Baking Chocolate, melted
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Baker's Sweetened flaked Coconut
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass baking dish). Line 13 × 9-inch baking pan with foil extending over edges to form handles. Grease foil.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan.

Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen brownies from sides. Lift from pan onto cutting board, using foil as handles. Frost with

White Chocolate Coconut Frosting. Refrigerate 10 minutes to set frosting. Cut into squares or cut into festive Easter shapes such as bunnies, using cookie cutters. (Press cutter down into brownies. Lift up and press brownies up through cutter to remove.) Decorate with assorted Cake Mate Decorating Icings, Glossy Decorating Gels and Decors.

White Chocolate Coconut Frosting:

Beat softened butter, powdered sugar and milk in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Increase speed to medium and beat 30 seconds until smooth. Beat in melted white chocolate. Stir in half of (1 1/3 cup) coconut, Sprinkle remaining coconut over brownies after they are frosted and cut, if desired.

Layer cubes of brownie scraps with prepared Jell-O chocolate or vanilla pudding, thawed Cool Whip and banana slices for a layered dessert trifle.
