Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 3 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/8 tsp kosher salt
Directions

Preheat broiler to high with oven rack in top position.

Combine 1 1/2 tsp oil and beans on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil 5 minutes or until beans are lightly charred and tender, stirring occasionally.

Combine remaining 1 1/2 tbsp. oil, parsley, rind and juice in a bowl. Stir in beans and nuts. Place bean mixture on a platter; top with feta, pepper and salt.
