Ingredients
- 4 thin prosciutto slices
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp. sliced toasted almonds
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt

Preheat broiler to high. Place prosciutto slices between paper towels; microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp. Break into pieces. Place olive oil, chopped thyme, and beans on a baking sheet; toss. Broil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place bean mixture on a platter; top with prosciutto, almonds, thyme leaves, salt and pepper.
