Baked Chicken with Orange Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up (skinless)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2/3 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place chicken in 13 × 9 inch baking pan in a single layer. Top with soy sauce, salt, celery seed, garlic powder and ginger. Pour orange juice over chicken.

  3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.

  4. 220 calories per serving
