Baked Chicken with Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut for frying
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Brown on both sides in fat.

  2. Combine cream of chicken soup and pineapple and pour into baking dish; place chicken in sauce.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use sauce as gravy for vegetables served with chicken.

  4. For more moist chicken, pour sauce over chicken.
