Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breast, halved and boned
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut; drained
- 4 slices (4 x 6 inches square) natural Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 cups bottled Thousand Island Salad Dressing (Can use low-calorie)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

Place chicken in greased baking dish. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Add sauerkraut over chicken; top with cheese. Spoon dressing evenly over cheese.

Cover and bake in 325 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
