Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 1/4 tsp black pepper, divided
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 1/4 cup warm bacon drippings
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 28 oz. bag frozen steak fries
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup hot pickle relish

Preheat oven to 450. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayo, sour cream, 2 tbsp. chives, parsley, dill, 1 tsp pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire, onion powder and 1/4 tsp salt until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.

In a large bowl, stir together bacon drippings, garlic, remaining 1 tsp salt, and remaining 1/4 tsp pepper. Add frozen fries, tossing to coat. Place in an even layer on prepared pan.

Bake until golden brown and crispy, 30-35 minutes.

In a large bowl, gently stir together fries, bacon, relish, and 1/2 cup buttermilk dressing. Serve with remaining buttermilk dressing. Garnish with remaining 2 tbsp. chives.
