Aussie Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp minced chives
  • 2 tsp minced basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry

Directions

  1. Season sausage with onion, chives, basil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Roll puff pastry into 11-in. squares and cut into 3 1/2-in. wide strips. Spread 1/2 cup sauce mixture down the center of each strip. Fold pastry over and seal. Cut each roll into six pieces and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 until the rolls are golden, 20-25 minutes.
