Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. plus 1/3 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce, divided
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, warmed
- Optional toppings: lettuce, red onion, tomato and blue cheese
Directions

Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Toss with 2 tbsp. hot sauce and pepper; cook, covered, on LOW until tender, 3-4 hours.

Remove chicken; discard cooking juices. In a saucepan, combine honey, butter, and remaining hot sauce; cook and stir over medium heat. Shred the chicken; stir into the sauce and heat through. Serve on rolls; top as desired.
