Baked Cottage-Cheese Custard

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups reconstituted nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup small-curd creamed cottage cheese
- Nutmeg
- Preserves
Directions

Beat eggs until blended. Add milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and cottage cheese. Mix well, then pour into shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Set baking dish in another pan and add 1 inch hot water to pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve warm or chilled with a teaspoon of preserves on each serving.
