Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked cow peas or split peas
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 2 cups stewed tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup bread-crumbs
- salr, pepper and butter
Directions

Put the cooked peas, rice, tomatoes, and onion in layers in a greased baking dish. Season well, cover with bread-crumbs and bake (400 degrees) until brown. Serve with brown sauce.

Serve with eggs, milk or cheese.
