Ingredients
- 2 medium chickens
- celery
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 can mushroom sopup, diluted
- red pepper
- onions
- salt pinch of garlic salt
- cracker crumbs
- paprika
Directions

Cook chicken with celery until tender. Take chicken from bones and reserve with celery. Skin 1/2 cup fat from broth; reserve broth.

Pour flour into fat; add 2 cups broth slowly, stirring until smooth. Add mushroom soup diluted. Season with red pepper, onions, salt and garlic salt.

Layer chicken, cracker crumbs. celery and cream sauce until all is used. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Sprinkle additional cracker crumbs and paprika on top.
