Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 oz. thin rice noodles
- 1 cup julienned zucchini
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 celery rib, chopped
Directions

For lime vinaigrette, mix first 6 ingredients. Sprinkle steak with pepper. Grill, covered, over medium heat until meat is done, 6-8 minutes per side. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare rice noodles as directed. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.

Cut steak into thin slices. In a large bowl, combine vegetables, noodles and steak; toss with vinaigrette.
