Ingredients
- 1/2 small sweet red pepper, seeded
- 2 slices fresh pineapple
- 2/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 2/3 cup fresh parsley
- 4 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup island teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts, toasted

On an oiled grill rack, grill pepper and pineapple, covered, over medium heat until lightly browned.

For chimichurri, pulse herbs with lime juice in a food processor until finely chopped. While processing, slowly add oil. Chop grilled pepper and pineapple; stir into herb mixture.

Mix teriyaki sauce and ginger. On oiled grill rack, grill chicken, covered, until done, 5-7 minutes per side, brushing with teriyaki mixture during the last 4 minutes. Brush chicken with the remaining teriyaki mixture before serving. Serve with chimichurri, onions and nuts.
