Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- dash salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
Directions

Butter 4 individual casseroles or heat-resistant custard cups.

Break eggs one at a time into a saucer or small dish. Slice each egg into a casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each egg with 1 Tbsp. cream and 1/4 tsp. butter.

Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered, 12 to 20 minutes, depending upon firmness desired.

Garnish, and serve in their individual casseroles.
