Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely minced
Directions

Trim bread. Toast very lightly. Spread soft butter on toast. Arrange slices in a square, buttered casserole. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Add a layer of sliced olives.

Beat eggs with milk, salt , peppers and parsley. Pour over the bread; sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until the casserole’s contents are puffed and golden brown.
