Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 large or small rockfish
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 8 potatoes, sliced
  • 3 slices bacon or fat meat, cut up

Directions

  1. Cut fish into serving pieces. Sprinkle flour in bottom of large baking pan; put in fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put onions and potatoes around fish. Put thin slice of onion inside fish for flavor. Sprinkle bacon over fish and potatoes; pour over 1 cup water. Bake about 1 hour at 450 degrees.
