Ingredients
- 1 lb. Haddock fillets
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated American cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased shallow baking dish.

Combine soup, milk and cheese in top part of a double boiler. Cook over hot, not boiling water, until cheese melts. Spoon over fish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
