Baked Fillet of Sole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen fillet of sole, thawed
  • 1 can (10 oz.) frozen cream of shrimp soup, thawed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Place sole (thawed and patted dry on paper towels) in a shallow baking dish and cover with soup. Sprinkle with cheese, dot with butter, and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
