Baked Fish Molds- Individual

Ingredients

  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups flaked cooked fish or 1 lb. can

Directions

  1. Crush corn flakes into fine crumbs; combine with milk. Add mayonnaise, parsley, onion, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well. Stir in egg and fish.

  2. Pour into well-greased individual molds or muffin pans. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) about 45 minutes. Unmold onto hot patter,
