Ingredients
- 3 cups corn flakes
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups flaked cooked fish or 1 lb. can
Directions

Crush corn flakes into fine crumbs; combine with milk. Add mayonnaise, parsley, onion, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well. Stir in egg and fish.

Pour into well-greased individual molds or muffin pans. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) about 45 minutes. Unmold onto hot patter,
