Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled and quartered
- 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 can (16 oz.) cranberry sauce
- 1 can (16 oz.) pineapple slices, halved, drained
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

Combine fruits, gently stirring with fork to break up cranberry sauce.

Mix molasses and butter in a small saucepan. Blend cornstarch and water and add to molasses mixture. Heat, stirring, until thick.

Arrange fruit in a 1/2-quart baking dish; pour molasses sauce over fruit.

Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot as an accompaniment to turkey, chicken or ham.
