Baked Fresh Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mild honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 fresh peaches (2 lbs.)

Directions

  1. Mic together honey, lemon juice, and water. Wash, peel and halve peaches. Remove pits.

  2. Arrange peaches in two-quart casserole. Pour honey mixture over peaches.

  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered 1/2 hour or until tender. Serve warm or cold with or without light cream.
