Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mild honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 8 fresh peaches (2 lbs.)
Directions

Mic together honey, lemon juice, and water. Wash, peel and halve peaches. Remove pits.

Arrange peaches in two-quart casserole. Pour honey mixture over peaches.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered 1/2 hour or until tender. Serve warm or cold with or without light cream.
