Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricots, drained
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. angostura bitters
Directions

Grate rind of orange and lemon; peel and slice. Layer orange and lemon slices and remaining fruit in a 13 × 9 × 2 inch baking dish. Combine orange and lemon rind, brown sugar, flour, and angostura bitters; mix well, and sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot or chilled.
