Spicy masala shrimp

Ingredients
- ·4 tbsp Masala Rub
- ·1 tbsp Hot Rub
- ·2 tsp salt
- ·4 garlic cloves, crushed
- ·1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- ·1 tbsp lemon juice
- ·125 g butter, melted
- ·20 raw unpeeled large shrimp
- ·20 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Directions

Combine all the ingredients, except the shrimp, and mix to form a smooth paste.

Rub the paste into the shrimps to coat evenly.

Skewer each shrimp on to the end of a single skewer, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grill in a griddle pan, 3 minutes per side, taking care not to overcook the shrimp.
