Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. green beans
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

Prepare green beans; cook in salted water about 12 minutes. Drain; arrange in shallow baking dish. Dot with butter.

Mix 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves with heavy cream. Pour tarragon/cream mixture over all; sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs.

Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
