Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz.) halibut fillets (1 inch thick)
- 5 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3/4 tsp. coarse salt, divided
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 cup packed fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 3 tsp. lemon juice

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place halibut on small foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush both sides of fish with 1 Tbsp. of the oil, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. of the salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until fish just begins to flake.

Meanwhile, process remaining 1/2 tsp. salt, parsley, walnuts, cheese, garlic, lemon peel and lemon juice in food processor until finely chopped. Add remaining 4 Tbsp. oil; pulse until mixture is blended. Spoon over fish.
