Sausage Bread

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 1/3 tbs margarine/butter
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. yeast
- Filling:
- 1 lb rolled pork sausage (flavored is good)
- 1 1-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- Garlic Salt
- 1 Egg
Directions

Make bread dough according to instructions for your bread maker

Fry pork sausage, chopping up as cooking & drain greese

Roll out dough on a floured cupboard in long loaf shape

Spread out cooked sausage on dough

Cover with cheese and spinach as desired

Wrap dough up in a loaf shape, turn over and put on greased cookie sheet

Whip 1 egg white and spread over top of loaf and sprinkle with garlic salt as desired

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Let cool 5 minutes before serving
