Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar (optional)
- 1 cup water
- 2 lb. ground ham
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
Directions

Combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and water; boil for 3 minutes.

combine remaining ingredients; place in loaf pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with sauce.
