Baked Ham with Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • Peach halves
  • Butter
  • Cornflakes, crushed
  • Currant jelly

Directions

  1. Place ham in open pan in 375 degree oven. Bake until ham fat browns; cover with paste of brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Cover pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.

  2. Serve with peach halves brushed with butter and rolled in cornflakes. Bake until brown. Add a teaspoon of currant jelly or sauce to each peach. Arrange peaches around ham.
