Ingredients
- 1 slice of ham
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- Peach halves
- Butter
- Cornflakes, crushed
- Currant jelly
Directions

Place ham in open pan in 375 degree oven. Bake until ham fat browns; cover with paste of brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Cover pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.

Serve with peach halves brushed with butter and rolled in cornflakes. Bake until brown. Add a teaspoon of currant jelly or sauce to each peach. Arrange peaches around ham.
