Baked Ham with Raisin Orange Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 to 3 dashed hot-pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup raisins, plumped in boiling water, drained
- 1 canned ham (about 5 lbs.), gelatin and excess fat removed

In medium saucepan combine orange juice, sugar, mustard and pepper sauce. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in raisins.

With sharp knife score top of ham in diamond pattern. Place ham on rack in shallow pan or large heavy ovenproof skillet. Spoon on half of sauce.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Pour on remaining sauce; bake 30 minutes. Remove ham to serving platter. Stir pan drippings to mix well; serve with ham.
