Pulled Pork Tenderloin with Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet onions (Vidalia), sliced
  • 2 1-lb. pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 cups Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce (see recipe)

Directions

  1. Place onions in a slow cooker. Add pork, season with pepper and top with sauce. Cook on LOW 8 hours.

  2. Using 2 forks, shred and pull the pork into strips. Stir the pork into the sauce.
