Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup raisins, dried cranberries or nuts, optional
Directions

In large bowl, stir together oil eggs and sugar. Add baking powder, salt, milk an oatmeal. Mix until well. blended. Add raisins, cranberries or nuts if desired.

Pour intro 13 × 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
