Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 4 scallions, whites and greens chopped
- 1 rounded tbsp. Dijon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 5.2 oz. package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed dill, chives and parsley
- 2 tbsp. cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest plus juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- Dash of hot sauce
- 4 burger buns, split and toasted
- Gem lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced red onion, for serving
Directions

Place the meat in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the scallions, mustard and Worcestershire. Form into 4 patties. Drizzle the patties with the oil. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high.

In a small bowl, mix the Boursin, herbs, cream, lemon zest and juice, garlic and a dash of hot sauce.

Cook the patties until cooked through, turning occasionally, 10-12 minutes.

Serve the patties on the buns with the lettuce, tomato, onion and a fat slather of Boursin ranch.
