Baked Peaches with Brie

Ingredients

  • 4 unpeeled peaches, pitted and cut into halves
  • 4 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 8 slices
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place peach halves on baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of the cheese. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with walnuts. Bake about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly Serve immediately.
