Ingredients
- 4 to 6 loin pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 sliced onions
- 1 can vegetable soup
- 1 cup cold water
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; flour lightly. Brown on both sides in hot fat.

Arrange potatoes and onions in layers in a greased baking dish, seasoning each layer with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Place brown chops over top.

Pour in mixed soup and water. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Bake, covered, at350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Uncover, let brown for a few minutes longer.
