Baked Potatoes with Chef’s Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 baked potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded process cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 to 2 tsp. snipped green onion
Directions

Scrub and pierce potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Whip butter and cheese until fluffy. Add sour cream and green onion. Beat well until blended. Serve sauce with potatoes.
