Ingredients
- 3 lbs. bone-in country-style pork ribs
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. stone-ground mustard
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place ribs in cooker.

In a medium bow, whisk together tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, chili powder, liquid smoke, black pepper, salt, red pepper, and garlic. Pour mixture over ribs, and stir to coat.

Place a layer of paper towels between slow cooker and lid; cover and cook on LOW until tender, 5 to 5 1/2 hours. Serve ribs with sauce in slow cooker.
