Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Cherry Cola Barbecue Sauce, divided (see recipe)
- 6 large wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 12 wedges
- 1/2 cup pitted fresh or thawed frozen cherries
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions

In a medium bow, toss together chicken and 1/2 cup Cherry Cola Barbecue Sauce; let stand for 15 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread chicken, vegetables and cherries onto skewers; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill skewers for 5 minutes; turn and cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through, 8-10 minutes more.

Remove from grill, and brush with remaining 1/2 cup Cherry Cola Barbecue Sauce just before serving.
