Ingredients
- 1 (4 lb.) red snapper, split and boned
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 6 onions, minced
- 1`/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. bottled hot sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rinse fish and pat dry.

Combine remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Stuff fish with 2 cupful of the mixture. Place in a shallow greased baking dish and spoon the remaining stuffing over fish. Bake 1 hour.
