Watermelon Gazpacho

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 cups chopped English cucumbers, divided
- 1/4 cup Athenos Traditional Crumbles Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Planters Sliced almonds, toasted
Directions

Blend dressing, watermelon, garlic and 1 1/2 cups cucumbers in blender until smooth; pour into large bowl.

Refrigerate 1 hour. Meanwhile, finely chop remaining cucumbers; refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve watermelon mixture topped with chopped cucumbers, cheese and nuts.
