Bacon and Turkey Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat flatbreads
  • 1 cup Kraft shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped Oscar Meyer Natural Applewood Smoked Turkey breast
  • 2 slices Oscar Meyer natural uncured turkey bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup loosely packed arugula
  • 1 chopped plum tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. Kraft olive oil vinaigrettes- Italian

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place 2 flatbread in single layer on baking sheet; top with mozzarella cheese, breast and turkey bacon.

  3. Bake 12 to 15 minute or until edges of flatbreads

  4. are golden brown and cheese is melted.

  5. Top with arugula and tomato; drizzle with vinaigrette.

  6. Cut in half to serve.
