Baked Rigatoni with Sweet and Hot italian Sausage

Ingredients
- 16 oz. pkg. rigatoni
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or beef stock
- 1 (24 oz.) jar Francesco Rinaldi "Hearty" Three Cheese Pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In large skillet heat oil and brown sausages evenly. Remove from skillet and cut into thin slices. Over low heat add the wine to the skillet scraping the brown residue from bottom of the pan and simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Add the pasta sauce and sliced sausages and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Spoon 1/2 of cooked pasta in a lightly greased 13 × 9-inch baking dish. Cover with sausage mixture. Spread with a layer of ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layering process, ending with layer of sauce and cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
