Ingredients
- 1 round steak
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- meat tenderizer
- 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 can mushroom soup
Directions

Tenderize steak with meat mallet. Flour both sides well; lay flat on counter.

Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and meat tenderizer. Trim off surplus fat. Chop and mix vegetables and soup. Spread steak with vegetable mixture and roll up. Fasten with toothpicks or metal skewers.

Place in baking dish; cover with 3/4 cup boiling water. Cover and bake for 3 hours in 350 degree oven. Slice and serve with sauce in which it is cooked.
