Baked Squirrel

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 squirrels, cleaned and dressed
  • Flour
  • 1 can bouillon
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion juice
  • Clove or garlic
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Dredge squirrels with flour; brown in roasting pan. Add remaining ingredients.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Reduce temperature; bake slowly for 45 minutes longer or until tender.
