Ingredients
- 4 squirrels, cleaned and dressed
- Flour
- 1 can bouillon
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion juice
- Clove or garlic
- 1 small bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Dredge squirrels with flour; brown in roasting pan. Add remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Reduce temperature; bake slowly for 45 minutes longer or until tender.
