Baked Stuffed Fish

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb. dressed fish
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • Barbecue sauce of choice
  • 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 pint bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup fat
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place fish in aluminum foil. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp. salt. Brush fish with desired barbecue sauce

  2. and melted margarine. Combine remaining ingredients; fill cavity of fish with stuffing, if desired.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
