Baked Tangy Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Chop tomato pulp.

Combine tomato pulp, green pepper, celery, onion, mustard, and salt; stir well. Spoon into tomato shells, and place in a 13 × 9 x2-inch baking dish.

Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
