Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts
- 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp dry sherry
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
