Ingredients
- 1/2 (15-oz) package flatbread pizza crust
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups chopped Grilled Ginger Chicken (see recipe)
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 avocado, dived
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Directions

Preheat oven to 425.

Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Top with cheese, Grilled Ginger Chicken, grapes and onion.

Bake until cheese is melted, 7-10 minutes. Top with avocado and drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
