Ingredients
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions

In a small bowl or glass jar with a lid, whisk or shake all ingredients until emulsified. Cover and refrigerate for 5-7 days.
